You can subscribe to each one to stay modular or subscribe to the all in one Major Factions mod. There are several more mods that add a bonus income to other empires. The aim is to increase the survivability and expansion of the major empires. This mod gives all diplomatic and occupation options to all factions: Sacking, Liberating, Looting, Razing, Subjugating, Confederating, Forming Satrapies and Forming Client States. I guess Gladiators are amazing as long as they are flanking something and not being attacked. This mod adds a bonus income to the capital of Rome.
